Postdoctoral Research Associate
We seek a broadly trained individual with interdisciplinary background and research experience in one or more of the following areas Hydrometeorology, Mountain Meteorology, Remote sensing of the Atmosphere, Cloud and Precipitation Processes including Microphysics, Land-Atmosphere Interactions, and Computational Fluid Mechanics. Field or lab work experience and, or expertise with understanding and using community models such as WRF are especially welcome. GIS Analyst
We seek a Master’s level engineer or scientists with strong background in hydrology and, or hydrometeorology, and substantive expertise experience in GIS including development of large data bases and GIS modeling generally. Familiarity with the state-of-the-science in hydrologic modeling, including operational forecasting, is desired.
